Is there bus parking

It's got a parking lot attached. I guess if you go during a slower time a bus could park there.

Yes, but it is self guided. They have placks on the walls explaining the process they use to make the chocolate you can buy there. Ask the counter associates if you have any questions, as they are happy to help.
